Plum Creek is a 2,200 acre master-planned community located on the west side of IH-35 in Kyle, Texas, 17 miles south of Austin. Plum Creek is built on a human scale, a community that is pedestrian oriented and includes a mix of uses. The goal is to get you closer to the other places in our lives including schools, parks, shops, and jobs. The average commute for a Plum Creek resident is 34 minutes, the new Kyle Parkway exit that leads to Plum Creek is only 10 minutes south of Slaughter Lane on IH-35. However, with 850 acres of commercial property left to develop and a future commuter rail station, we are working to shorten that considerably.
